CAPTAIN Chris Coggins

OICC PHNSY Commanding Officer

Chris Coggins is a native of New Freedom, Pennsylvania. After graduating from the University of Delaware’s Civil Engineering Program in 1996, he attended OCS in Pensacola, FL where he was commissioned an Ensign in the Civil Engineer Corps. He holds a 2011 Masters of Engineering from A. James Clark School of Engineering- University of Maryland and a 2019 Masters of National Security and Resource Strategy with a concentration in Supply Chain Management from the Eisenhower School (ICAF).

COMMANDER Joshua "Josh" Sharp

Commander Sharp is a native of Colorado Springs, Colorado. He holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and a M.S. in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.

DARIS E. K. COOK

OICC PHNSY DEPUTY

Daris Cook was born in Honolulu, Hawai‘i, grew up in the district of Makakilo on the island of O‘ahu, and graduated from Loyola Marymount University in May 2004, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He holds a Master degree in Business Administration from Chaminade University of Honolulu. He reported aboard Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Hawai‘i as a Construction Manager in June 2004.
