Business Lines
Asset Management - The AM organization allows for CNIC and other supported commands to address lifecycle management with a one-stop shop for real estate, planning, and asset inventory issues. This will enable more robust planning and implementation of critical Navy and DoD issues such as reduction of real property footprint.
Design & Construction - Provides a conduit to all business lines, across all departments, throughout NAVFAC Southwest regarding money management for the construction of new structures and the modernization of existing facilities for Navy and Marine Corps' Activities in the western United States.
Environmental - Protects public health and the environment by understanding and reducing the environmental, safety, and health risks and threats from Navy and Marine Corps' facilities. It also implements the technologies and solutions required for solving environmental concerns as well as the management and preservation of endangered species on Navy and Marine Corps' property.
Public Works - Provides comprehensive support in the areas of energy management, utilities acquisition and engineering, utilities privatization, facilities management and specialized facilities systems.
Real Estate - Responsible for the acquisition, management, and disposal of real estate interests required by the Navy and Marine Corps (fee simple title, leases, easements, etc). Our job is to acquire the correct real estate rights that match Navy and Marine Corps requirements and effectively manage those rights.
