Business Lines provide essential services to our "units of action" such as community talent management, technical authority, policy and process development, and guidance as well as budget programming and allocation.
Asset Management (AM)
The (AM) Business Line is responsible for all aspects of land use planning and development providing technical advice and assistance in land-use planning, special studies, and facilities development. AM services as the central point of contact for Navy and Marine Corps activities in Hawaii. AM provides expertise in two specific areas: Strategic Planning and Special Ventures Acquisition for military housing.
Design & Construction (DC)
The DC Business Line provides expert architectural and engineering support, specialized techinical and engineering services, project management, and construction management products and services to our many command customers.
Environmental (EV)
The Environmental Business Line provides technical environmental engineering and scientific services support. It has three product lines: Compliance, Planning & Services and Restoration.
Real Estate (RE)
The Real Estate Business Line is responsible for execution of real estate actions involving acquisition, real property management, disposal, leasing, and licensing of Class 1 (land), Class 2 (facilities) and Class 3 (utilities) real property for the Navy within Navy Region Hawaii, Marine Corps and Air Force (associated with Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam).
Public Works (PW)
The PW Business Line provides has four product lines: Facilities Service Contracts Management & Facility Services, Facilities Sustainment & Services, Energy Management (conservation, energy security, renewable energy), and Transportation.
