Organization Chart Description
NAVFAC Hawaii is led by a Navy Civil Engineer Corps Captain who is also the Regional Engineer for Commander Navy Region Hawaii. The Executive Officer/Deputy Regional Engineer is also a Navy Civil Engineer Corps Captain. The Commanding Officer’s direct reports are the Chief Engineer and Financial Management.
The remainder of the command is organized under the Executive Officer and consists of the Business Directorate, Safety, Counsel, Command Inspector General, Small Business, Contracts, Public Affairs, and Operations.
The Operations Department is the engine of the command providing command and control of all Business Lines and Units of Action from which our products and services are delivered.
