The Business Directorate (BD) is the Commanding Officer’s Strategist and Business Advisor. The Business Directorate includes all human capital programs, civilian and military and lead efforts to accelerate organizational effectiveness and mission readiness through: strategic thinking; robust business analytics; POM development; integration of resource management and business processes.

BD1 - Provides responsive, quality, cost-effective recommendations for the implementation of consistent and standard business processes throughout the command with a focus on high velocity learning and sharing. Coordinates staffing requirements and hires the most qualified personnel possible to support that requirement and continually develops the capabilities of our military and civilian workforce.

BD5 - Provides administrative support to include correspondence control, distribution and file services, coordination of command awards, equipment custodianship and manages the command’s security program through oversight and control of personnel, industrial and physical security, loss prevention, and workplace violence prevention programs.
