NAVFAC Southwest Contracting is responsible for the planning, award, and administration of contracts for design, construction, base operating support, environmental quality, restoration, and compliance, planning, and facilities support in the southwest region.
In addition to supporting delivery of NAVFAC Product & Services (P&S), Contracting serves as an advocate for Small Business, ensure policy awareness and oversight, coordinate Community Management, manage contracting electronic business systems and the Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) Program.

For design/engineering and other professional services, complete the following form: Standard Form (SF) 330, Architect-Engineer Qualifications, for requirements advertised online in FedBizOpps. Update SF 330, Part II - General Qualifications, annually and submit to the respective contracting office.
