Commanding Officer
Captain James R. Sullivan
Captain Sullivan is a native of Deadwood, South Dakota. He graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and was commissioned into the Civil Engineer Corps through Officer Candidate School in August 2001. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University.

Commander Jason M. Christensen
Commander Christensen was born in Murray, Utah. He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University in 2003 and was commissioned an Ensign through Officer Candidate School in January 2004. He holds a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. CDR Christensen assumed responsibility as Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command’s Operations Officer in October 2023.

Mr. Andre K. Lee
Andre Lee grew up in Honolulu and started his Navy career back in 2001 at former Public Works Center, Pearl Harbor. Prior to joining the Department of Navy, he was senior design engineer and project manager at multidiscipline engineering firms. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona and Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Hawaii. Lee also received an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Naval Postgraduate School.
