Executive Officer's Bio

CAPT Jasinski is a native of West Bend, WI. He is a 2001 graduate of the University of Wisconsin, with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Additionally, he holds a Masters of Engineering in Project Management from the University of Maryland. He received his commission in September 2001 through OCS in Pensacola, FL.

CAPT Jasinski began his career as an Assistant Resident Officer in Charge of Construction at Naval Construction Battalion Center - Gulfport, MS supporting homeported Seabee Battalions and their families. In 2004, he reported to Naval Station Great Lakes - Great Lakes, IL as member of the Regional Engineer Staff, followed by an assignment as an Assistant Public Works Officer. In 2006, he was afforded the opportunity to join Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 5 - Port Hueneme, CA. Assignments included: Assistant Operations Officer - Camp Arifjan, Kuwait; Company Commander; and Detail Officer in Charge - Sasebo, Japan. Following deployment in 2008, he was selected to be the Aide to the Commander, Naval Facilities Engineering Command and the Chief of Civil Engineers – Washington, D.C. Next, CAPT Jasinski was selected to serve as the Facilities Officer at the Vice President’s Residence, U.S. Naval Observatory in Washington, D.C. Following a year of graduate school, in 2012 he reported to NSA Hampton Roads in Norfolk, VA as Public Works Officer. In 2014, he joined Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 133 - Gulfport, MS as the Executive Officer, completing two deployments in support of expeditionary tasking across five geographic combatant commands. In 2016, he served on the OPNAV Staff as the Facilities Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization Program Manager, providing policy, requirements assessment, oversight, and resource sponsorship for a $2 billion per year program supporting Navy facilities world-wide. In 2018, he assumed the duties as Public Works Officer at NSA Washington, DC, supporting seven sites across the National Capital Region. He most recently served as Assistant Regional Engineer for Commander, Navy Region Japan.

He assumed his current duties as NAVFAC Far East Executive Officer in June 2022.

CAPT Jasinski is a Seabee Combat Warfare Officer, a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Wisconsin, and an Acquisition Professional Member.
