2022 Navy's Proposed 2022 Storm Water Managment Plan & Public Meeting
The Navy announces the availability of their proposed 2022 Storm Water Managment Plan (SWMP) (click here for FACT SHEET)

A 30-day public comment period will be held from April 1, - May 1, 2022, and a public meeting will be held to discuss the SWMP at the Oahu Veterans Center (1298 Kukila Street, Honolulu, HI 96818) from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 13. Comments can be provided at the public meeting, or to the address or email below, no later than May 1, 2022 to:

June 13 - Public Meeting & Comment Period Proposed Plan - Leilehua High School Library [1515 California Avenue, Wahiawa] (7 p.m.). Proposed Plan for the Site 3 East Gulch Disposal Area, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Wahiawa Annex.
Apr. 11 - Waianae Coast/Lualualei Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) meeting - Nanakuli High & Intermediate School AC Room (7 p.m.). Topics to be determined.

2019 Public Comment Periods
May 30 - June 27 - A 30-day public comment will be held for the Proposed Plan - Site 3 East Gulch Disposal Area, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Wahiawa Annex from May 30 - June 27. Verbal and written comments can be provided to NAVFAC Hawaii no later than June 27.
Note: There are two ways to provide comments during a public comment period:

  1. Send written comments via mail: Commanding Officer, Naval Facilities Engineering Command Hawaii, Attn: D. Emsley (09PAO), 400 Marshall Road, JBPHH HI  96860-3139. Or email: denise.emsley@navy.mil. Or FAX: D. Emsley at 808-474-5479.

  2. Provide verbal comments during the public meeting. A court reporter will be present to record comments.
