Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Hawaii is a Facilities Engineering Command (FEC) located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Oahu, Hawaii. It is part of the larger Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, headquartered in Washington D.C. NAVFAC's mission is to deliver and maintain quality, sustainable facilities; acquire and manage capabilities for the Navy's expeditionary combat forces; provide contingency engineering; and enable energy security and environmental stewardship.
 
NAVFAC Hawaii delivers best-value contracting, asset management, engineering, environmental, planning, real estate, and public works services to Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Department of Defense and other federal agency customers in Hawaii.
